Grown Alchemist is committed to the effectiveness of our botanical formulations; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty by our quality control team.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure the bioactive ingredients and glass containers are shielded during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
